You can report illegal content directly in the app (on every profile, every Zquad and every message) or write to the point of contact named above. We deal with reports without undue delay, as a rule within 72 hours. How we handle reports and how you can appeal against a measure is set out in our Terms, sections 8 and 9.
Hosting
This website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Germany (united-domains.de) — Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. The app itself uses further service providers; which ones they are and what they process is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Online dispute resolution and consumer arbitration
The EU's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
Copyright and credits
The contents of this website and of the app — texts, design, logo and graphics — are protected by copyright. Content that users post themselves belongs to them; section 7 of our Terms has the details.
Trademarks: Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. We use these names and their marks solely to point to profiles and contact options on these services and to offer confirmations. There is no connection to, partnership with, or endorsement by these companies.
Maps in the app: map data by OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL); map tiles by OpenFreeMap; place search via Nominatim operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
In the browser version at app.zquady.com, the map tiles are provided by CARTO.
Liability for links
Our pages and the app may contain links to third-party websites whose content we have no influence over. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. At the time the links were set, no infringements were apparent. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the link in question without delay.
The same applies to links that users themselves insert into Zquads or into chats — and likewise to the Instagram and Discord profiles they may store in their Zquady profile.
App stores
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The terms of Apple and Google respectively apply in addition to distribution via those platforms. Your contracting party for the use of Zquady itself is the provider named above.
