Zquady lets users post their own content, such as Zquads and profiles, which all signed-in users can see. We are therefore a provider of a hosting service and of an online platform within the meaning of the DSA.

You can report illegal content directly in the app (on every profile, every Zquad and every message) or write to the point of contact named above. We deal with reports without undue delay: reports about danger or a criminal offence, child protection, harassment or inappropriate behaviour, and “I’m in this photo and don’t want to be”, as a rule within 24 hours, all others within 72 hours. How we handle reports and how you can appeal against a measure is set out in our Terms, sections 8 and 9.

We receive orders from a competent authority to remove or disable terrorist content at legal@zquady.com and carry them out within one hour of receipt. How we deal with such content is set out in section 9a of our Terms.

Hosting

This website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Germany (united-domains.de) — Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. The app itself uses further service providers; which ones they are and what they process is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer arbitration

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The contents of this website and of the app — texts, design, logo and graphics — are protected by copyright. Content that users post themselves belongs to them; section 7 of our Terms has the details.

Trademarks: Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. We use these names and their marks solely to point to profiles and contact options on these services and to offer confirmations. There is no connection to, partnership with, or endorsement by these companies.
