Delete your account

You can delete your Zquady account yourself at any time — directly in the app or, if you no longer have the app installed, by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the very bottom and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm the deletion — for password accounts we ask for your password once more.

Without the app (by email)

Email us from your account’s email address at privacy@zquady.com with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

What gets deleted

Along with the account we remove your profile (username, avatar), your memberships and requests, your memory photos and your push token. Details — including what briefly remains in backups for technical reasons — are in the privacy policy.
